"좋아 보이는" 제품을 만들지 않아요. 비용·시간·정확도 세 축 중 하나는 반드시 측정 가능해야 출시해요. 측정이 안 되면 가설이 모호한 거예요."Looks nice" isn't shipping. One of cost, time, or accuracy must be measurable before launch. If you can't measure, the hypothesis isn't sharp enough yet.
고객에게 AI3 제품을 안 쓰는 게 나은 일이면 그렇게 말씀드려요. 영업이 아니라 엔지니어가 직접 듣고, 우리 제품이 안 맞는 길도 함께 검토해요.If skipping our product is better for the customer, we say so. Engineers — not sales — take the call and look at non-AI3 paths too.
